On 1st August, 2008, My brother, Freddie and I made a trip to Kuching and managed to visit the wild orangutans at Semengoh widlife centre located few kilometers from the city.
Sarikei is one of the towns in Sarawak located on the Rajang River. The economy of the town is primarily agricultural, and is famed for its pineapples and its pepper.

This is one of my pets, Tom. He loves sleeping on my Levi's jean and the sad thing is he has been missing for few months now. He used to go out and come back one or two days later. This time he never comes home!

This beautiful village was taken from "Kampong Tengah" in Dalat (Sarawak). The Melanau people are considered among the earliest settlers in Sarawak. The name Melanau was not used by the Melanau to refer to themselves until recently. They call themselves a-likou meaning 'people of the river'. Legend has it that the name Melanau was given by one of the Sultans of Brunei to the inhabitants of the coastal swamp flats and riverbanks of central Sarawak.

On 29th November, 2008's morning, I was strolling along Jonker's street before I left Malacca after one night stay, I noticed this lady coming out of the shop and started looking at the sign board.
The Bayon is a well-known and richly decorated Khmer temple at Angkor in Cambodia. Built in the late 12th century or early 13th century as the official state temple of the Mahayana Buddhist King Jayavarman VII, the Bayon stands at the centre of Jayavarman's capital, Angkor Thom. Following Jayavarman's death, it was modified and augmented by later Hindu and Theravada Buddhist kings in accordance with their own religious preferences. The Bayon's most distinctive feature is the multitude of serene and massive stone faces on the many towers which jut out from the upper terrace and cluster around its central peak.
